The Seawell’s facility at 1125 Rosewood Drive first opened its doors in January of 1999.
The facility totals just under 30,000 square feet in size.
The Banquet Hall itself measures 88’ x 144’ giving it just under 13,000 square feet of rental space.
The banquet hall contains 90%-sound-proof, accordion-style walls that can be extended out and locked off giving the banquet hall 6 different rooms for multiple events.
The room sizes when closed off are:
2 rooms / 48’ x 88’
2 rooms / 28’ x 48’
2 rooms / 24’ x’ 32’
What Seawells will supply for Events
Wi-Fi, wireless sound system, hand held microphones, stand-up and table-top podiums, staging, projector tables, drop cords and power strips.
Advance booking of these items is recommended to guarantee their availability. In addition we offer many rental items and can help you plan your event.
Electrical
The Seawell's Banquet Hall is equipped with 19 duplex receptacles inside the banquet hall that are supplied by 4/20 amp breakers. We also have a power board which is located on the back wall that contains 20 more 20 amp duplex receptacles.
Bands, sound/light companies and DJ’s are allowed to connect to this power source but they must supply their own drop cords to reach this location.
Removal of this power board so you may tap directly in to this power source may be done, but a $125.00 security deposit is required before doing so. This deposit will be returned when and if this power source is return to its original form when event is complete.
We have many items on premises for your use at your event. They include standing and tabletop podiums, projector tables, drop cords and power strips. Please let us know in advance of your needs so items will be in place and ready for you on your arrival.
