First off, We have close to 500 season parking spaces in our paved lot around the banquet facility and in our grass lot right next door. Both lots are fenced in and both allow full access to the Seawell’s banquet facilities indoor restrooms for you and your guests. There are also port-a-johns located on both sites for your use only!

All gates have guards on game days, and only season parking customers and their guests are allowed into the facility on game day. Spaces are still available on both lots but they are going quickly, call us today!

Let us make the meal
We also have numerous tailgating items available, just call in and place your order in advance. Then stop by Seawell’s at 1125 Rosewood Drive (across from the fair grounds) on your way to your tailgating spot. We will load up your order and have you on your way.

All tailgating orders must be placed by 4:00 pm on Thursday for Saturday games and by 4:00pm on Tuesday for Thursday night games. No order will be accepted after these times each week. You can make advance payment by Visa, MasterCard or American Express or by cash or check on the day of pick-up. All orders are subject to a 2% city of Columbia hospitality tax and a 7% South Carolina sales tax.

Gameday Tailgating spots

Option #1 - Paved Lot
One parking space on the paved lot around the Seawell’s Banquet Facility. This entitles you to game day parking, door prize drawings on every game day and the use for you and your guests of the bathrooms inside Seawell’s.
$225.00 for the 2010 season

Option #2 - Grass Lot
One parking space on the grass lot right next to the Seawell’s Banquet Facility. This entitles you to game day parking and use for you and your guest of the restrooms inside Seawell’s.
$200.00 for the 2010 season
