The Seawell’s Banquet Facility on Rosewood Drive in Columbia has been the location of many wedding receptions since it opened in 1999. Not only has Seawell’s been the location of many incredibly memorable wedding receptions; we have hosted numerous rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, engagement parties, and even the wedding itself in our facility. The Seawell’s facility at 1125 Rosewood Drive first opened its doors in January of 1999. Size wise the facility totals just under 30,000 square feet. The Banquet Hall itself measures 88’ x 144’ giving it just under 13,000 square feet of rental space. The banquet hall contains 90%-sound-proof, accordion-style walls that can be extended out and locked off giving the banquet hall 6 different rooms for multiple events. The room sizes when closed off are: 2 rooms / 48’ x 88’
