Seawell’s first opened its doors on North Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina in 1946 and they catered their first wedding in the mid 1960’s.
Seawell’s can take care of all your needs, they can handle everything to make this the special day that you have always dreamed of.
Seawell’s is locally owned, so we do not have prices that are “set in stone” like most national owned and operated catering companies. We will work with you to not only secure exactly what you want at your wedding but we will discuss budget and offer suggestions to make sure all is covered so you have the wedding of your dreams!
Not only has Seawell’s Banquet and Reception Center on Rosewood Drive in Columbia been the location of many incredibly memorable wedding receptions; we have hosted numerous rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, engagement parties
and even the actual wedding itself in our facility since we opened in 1999.
Seawell’s has over 13,000 square feet in its banquet hall, we have all the tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, sterling silver service ware, crystal glassware, candles, mirrors, table skirting and lace to handle your wedding the way it should be.
Seawell’s has worked with hundreds of vendors over the years and has not only catered weddings in its own facility, but can handle events at many other locations in Columbia and the surrounding area that are not affiliated exclusively with other catering companies. Seawell’s can handle not only the location and the catering part of your special day, but we can take care of the other items to take more of those worries away from you.
Photographers, Music and Entertainment, Cake Decorators, Video Staging and Lighting, Tents, Chair Covers, Ice Sculptures, Bar & Liquor Services,
Parking and Security, you name it and we can handle it all!
